Each pastry and biscuit is hand-made with finesse and selected raw ingredients.
Only basic ingredients of the highest quality are used at Lembcke for production of the traditional recipes.
This includes also fresh eggs, the finest butter and chocolate of the highest quality. All the nuts are roasted in-house by hand and the Florentine mass – a creation of the finest almonds, hazelnuts, butter, aromatic spices and honey – is hand roasted in a copper saucepan over an open flame.
Artificial flavoring and preservatives are not required, since the premium specialties are always made fresh to order.
